Rates are quoted in Thai Baht.
Daily and yearly rates are inclusive of all tax and service charge.
Monthly rates are further subject to 10% service charge.
A credit card is required at check-in to guarantee payment of any incidental charges.
Photo ID may also be requested.
Payment of the sum of the entire stay is required prior to or upon check-in.
Credit card payment will attract 3% surcharge.
For tenancy less than 3 months, a security deposit of Bht 20,000 in advance is required.
For tenancy of 3 months or above, a security deposit of two months's rental plus one month's rental in advance is required.
For monthly & yearly serviced contract, utility (water/electricity) in excess of Bht 3,000 will be charged to the tenant's account.
For yearly serviced contract, internet and UBC services are included.
A change in the length of stay may result in a rate change.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice and may vary based on availability.

Official check-in/check-out time is noon.
Occupancy of room until 6 p.m. will be charged as half day and after 6 p.m. as full day.
Daily rate for one-bedroom suite is for 2 guests, for two-bedroom suite is for 4 guests,for
three-bedroom suite is for 6 guests.
Extra guest will be charged Bht 700 per person per night.
Maximum 2 children under 12 years old free when sharing room/existing bedding with parents.
Additional Bht 1,000 per month for in-suite washing machine.
Additional Bht 2,140 per month for in-suite unlimited hi-speed internet access.
Internet access at lobby business center costs Bht 300/hr.
Private car airport transfer Bht 1,200/one way trip (max. 2 passengers).
Private van airport transfer Bht 2,200/one way trip (max. 5 passengers).

>>Cancellation Policy<<
For cancellation less than 72 hours prior to your arrival date, a charge of one night's tariff will be charged to your credit card. No refund for no-show. No refund for cancellation or amendment during Dec, Jan, Apr.
